Who much does it cost? 10 Euro, Free entry with a disability pass or culture pass
How long is the event? 1 hour and 30 minutes
Where can I get tickets? Please reserve your ticket at: info@intakt-festival.at The Slam Kollektiv group, together with the InTaKT Festival, is organizing a Poetry Slam to open the festival. Artists with and without disabilities will perform their own texts. All texts will be translated into Austrian Sign Language (ÖGS). A Poetry Slam is an event where people share their stories. These stories can be real or made-up, funny or sad. They can make you think or simply talk about everyday things. What’s important: The performers have written their stories themselves. Some use Poetry Slam to talk about what they don’t like and what they wish were different. Others just want to make people laugh with their stories. Poetry Slam is very diverse. There’s something for everyone to enjoy. The audience only needs to do two things: respect the performers and clap a lot! Host: Agnes Maier
Performers: Anna Hader, Sebastian Liebich, Elena Sarto, Agnes Zenz u.a.
Translation in ÖGS: Laura Raffer and Ilona Seidel-Jerey

A performance with music and drawing
When? Thursday, November 7 at 4 PM
Where? Akademie Graz, Neutorgasse 42
How much does it cost? Pay as much as you want.
How long is the performance? 30 minutes
Where can I get tickets? Please reserve your ticket at: info@intakt-festival.at Two artists come together. One is a musician, the other is a painter. Both wear blindfolds, so they cannot see what they are doing. This is a new experience for them. They want to connect through sounds and noises. They want to focus on time, conversation, and collaboration. They want to explore what happens when they create without seeing. For the artists, this is an experiment. The audience can watch them, but the audience is also part of what happens. This performance is inspired by the “blind drawings” of Robert Morris, made between 1973 and 2009. Drawing Artist: Consuelo Méndez
Musician: Margarethe Maierhofer-Lischka
