Since 15 years, authors have received awards from the association „Ohrenschmaus“.
The authors have learning disabilities.
Until now, 2300 texts have been sent to the association „Ohrenschmaus“. Many talents were discovered. Many writers are from the „Medienwerkstatt Lieboch“. In the „Medienwerkstatt“, people with disabilities work with media. Media can be computers, television and so on. But they also write poems, short stories and reports. At the performance, the people will read their texts.

The movie is called „It works“. The movie is from Fridolin Schönwiese. More than 20 years ago he made a short movie. The movie is about Gerald, Valentin and Michael. They live with different disabilities. 20 years ago, Gerald, Valentin and Michael were still children. One year ago, Fridolin Schönwiese made another movie with them. They are adults now. The movie shows how they were and how they are doing now.
It is also about the fact that you can do a lot.

It is the austrian premiere of this play.
Romeo and Juliet is about love and power. The „Freie Bühne München“ plays the piece a little bit different. There are 3 Julias and 3 Romeos. Some actors have an intellectual disability. The performance shows that all people need love and want love. But it is not only about love, it is also about war and hate. The performance compares love and hate.
In the original from Shakespeare the piece ends bad. In this performance it is clear: love is stronger than hate.

Everyone is different. Everyone has strenghts and weaknesses. That is what the play is about. The actresses sing and dance in the play. They show their strenghts and weaknesses. While watching, the audience should think of themselves and find their strenghts. Do you have strenghts you dont know yet?

The exhibition shows paintings of monkeys. The exhibition shows that people and monkeys are similar. They are human but also wild animals. At the InTakt festival there is an inclusive tour through the exhibition.

In every city there are a lot of posters. Posters are pictures for advertisements, elections or concerts. They hang along streets and shop windows in the city. Also in Graz there are lots of posters. Posters have even existed 100 years ago. The exhibition shows many old posters from Graz and artists from the past.
It is an inclusive exhibition. The texts are in simple language. There are things to touch. Also, there are things to listen to.
